FIRE WARDEN TRAINING

Selected members of your staff should be delegated as Fire Wardens to ensure that you have sufficient trained staff who will lead in a fire situation should your buildings require a full or partial evacuation dependent of your fire plan. In addition to the elements covered in the Fire Awareness course – Fire Wardens will receive input on- Legislation, the Effects of Smoke, the Fire Wardens Role & Responsibilities, the Importance of roll call, the Information requirements of the Emergency services. It will also touch on elements such as Arson Prevention and on how Dangerous Substance Control Limited can assist business’s with team and individual competence in areas such as DSEAR, fire, health & safety, emergency response, and co-ordinated emergency response planning.
